Investor applications

The investor application on our Invest page is provided by a third-party form service, JotForm. Information you submit — including contact details and any information relevant to your application — is collected and stored by JotForm on our behalf. Data room access requests

If you request access to a confidential offering data room, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and any company or organization you provide. The request is stored in this website’s private WordPress database and emailed to our investor team so we can review the request, verify identity when needed, and contact you about access.

If you explicitly subscribe to email updates, we store the contact information and consent record in this website’s private WordPress database. We use MailerPress within WordPress to manage confirmations, newsletters, and unsubscribes. Email delivery is handled by this website’s configured mail service.

Confidentiality agreements and data rooms

Confidentiality agreements and diligence materials may be hosted on DocSend. If you open those links, DocSend may collect your email address and passcode verification so access can be controlled and audited. See DocSend’s privacy policy at https://www.docsend.com/privacy/. Returning access weeks later depends on DocSend’s session and the permissions we set—not on a cookie on this website alone.

Investor subscription agreements may be completed through Adobe Acrobat Sign. Adobe processes the information entered in the agreement, signatures, supporting documents, and signing audit data on our behalf. See Adobe’s privacy policy at https://www.adobe.com/privacy/policy.html.

Scheduling a call

Our Book a consultation page uses Microsoft Bookings to schedule calls. Information you provide when booking — such as your name, email address, and preferred time — is collected and processed by Microsoft on our behalf. Embedded video

The Invest page includes embedded YouTube videos. Playing one loads content directly from YouTube, which may set cookies and collect data about your interaction with the video according to Google’s own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 and Jetpack Stats to understand how visitors find and use this site. If you accept analytics, these services may process the pages viewed, general device and browser details, referring pages, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions such as opening an investor briefing. Jetpack Stats receives page, referrer, and IP information separately from Google Analytics. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, or other user-entered text in our custom analytics events. Cookies

If you log in to the WordPress admin area of this site, we use standard WordPress cookies to keep you signed in and remember your screen preferences — these are not set for ordinary site visitors.

Google Analytics and Jetpack Stats may use cookies or similar browser storage to measure site use. Until you accept analytics, Google Analytics storage stays denied and the external Jetpack Stats tracking script does not load. Our analytics choice stores only your versioned accept or decline setting in this browser. You can change that choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the site footer. Advertising storage and ad personalization remain disabled because this site does not use advertising features.

The other third-party services described above (JotForm, DocSend, Adobe, Microsoft Bookings, YouTube) may set their own cookies when you interact with their forms, widgets, or videos. We do not control these cookies directly — refer to each provider’s own policy, linked above.

We share the information described above with the third-party providers named in this policy (JotForm, DocSend, Adobe, Microsoft, Google, Automattic, and our website hosting and email delivery providers) solely to operate the forms, scheduling tools, media, email, and analytics described above, and with our own personnel and advisors as needed to evaluate and process investor applications and access requests. We do not sell personal information.

How long we retain your data

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — such as evaluating and following up on an investor application, access request, or inquiry — and as required to meet applicable recordkeeping obligations under securities law. Data held by our third-party providers, including JotForm, DocSend, Adobe, Google, Automattic, and our website hosting and email delivery providers, is subject to their own retention practices.

Your rights over your data

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us through our Speak with us page. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights — such as the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA) — you may have additional rights over your data, which you can exercise the same way.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for accredited investors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13.
